Privacy information

NEO TACKLE is operated by Nebukad International UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Personal information submitted through the support area is used to process and document the request, communicate with the sender and protect the support service against misuse.

Support requests and attachments

Support submissions may contain contact information, technical details and files selected by the sender. Please do not upload information that is not required to resolve the request. Images are processed before upload where technically possible; the visible upload limit is 10 MB per file.

Service providers

The support system uses Supabase for authentication, data storage and file processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. Technical request information may therefore be processed by these service providers.
